There are many differences between Canada and China about residence.

In Canada, more people choose live in a house, not many people live in an apartment. Canada has not many people but the area is very big.

But in china, most of citizens lived in the apartment, only rich man can live in house. that is because the population in China is already over 1,400,000,000. It is hard to build house for each family.

The situation makes these two countries are different in residence.

Remembrance Day is a traditional festival in Canada, people usually wear a plastic red flower which is called poppy.

The poppy is a symbol of people who died in the war. It is from a poem called ‘ In Flanders Fields’.

Nowadays, people in commonwealth countries remember the dead people in the war, also remember their family members who dead.

In China, there also has a festival for remember family member, it called Qingming festival.

Qingming festival always occurs around 5th April. Chinese usually burning some money made by paper, means that send money for ancestry who in the heaven.

I have been in Vancouver for about three months, and I traveled many places. One of the most beautiful places I like in Vancouver is the beach in Vancouver City. I went to the beach with my high school senior last month. I took some photos because it is so beautiful.

I come from Shenyang in China, it is a city near the Pacific Ocean. When I arrived at the beach, I feel so sad, I miss my parents who lives in the opposite of the Pacific Ocean. Tomorrow my mother will come to Vancouver, I feel excited now!

Not many people walking on the beach, and there have some different kinds of birds, I think they are not afraid of human. Walking on the beach makes me relax, I like this beach!
